The CLP government's new law to try and keep anti-social behaviour off the streets has seen dozens of people hit with fines — but some question if it's actually stopping the problem.

Dozens of people have been fined and three people arrested since the NT government’s new public drinking law came into force in November, new NT Police data has revealed.
