Frequently asked questions
Our HomeFood boxes are tightly insulated, however for the greatest dining quality and safety, we recommend refrigerating things within 3 hours of getting your box and consuming the meals within 48 hours.
Our meals are cooked as close to the delivery day as feasible, and you will receive chilled, not frozen, contents in our well-insulated boxes.
We recommend that you refrigerate your ingredients within 3 hours after getting your box and eat your meals within 48 hours.
Orders must be received by noon on Tuesday for delivery on Friday.
Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Alternatively, pick up from Chatswood on Monday, Thursday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Our dishes are made in a kitchen that uses eggs, fish, and other seafood, dairy, almonds, sesame, gluten, lupin, and sulphites. Even if the best standards are followed when cooking meals, cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that certain allergies are completely absent.
Refunds or returns on your food box order will not be accepted under any circumstances due to health and safety concerns. If the product you bought was delivered wrongly, a suitable remedy will be provided at the discretion of the Home Food manager.

COVID-19 and food safety
At all times, all of our restaurants adhere to the highest standards of sanitation and food handling.
Our top goal is the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the surrounding neighbourhood.
In light of COVID-19, we’ve added a heightened set of cleaning measures to our already established practice. We have a COVID 19 response strategy that is fully defined and coordinated with NSW Health, the Australian Government Department of Health, and NSW Safe Work recommendations. The safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and social distancing guidelines mentioned in the response plan are fully followed by our personnel and venues.
These guidelines apply equally to our takeaway and home delivery options.
