Helen Watson made a telephone table in 1972 as a schoolgirl. She dreamt of being a cabinet-maker at a time women weren't accepted in the trade. Her table recently turned up at the Hobart tip.

A tip shop worker has been reunited with a piece of furniture she made 52 years ago after it turned up as waste.
Helen Watson from The Resource Tip Shop at South Hobart made a telephone table at Dominic College in 1972 as a 13-year-old.
